I am a composer, originally from Brazil and currently based in the Netherlands, working in the field of contemporary music.

I hold a Master's degree in Music Composition from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, where I also specialized at the Institute of Sonology. I consider my most important composition mentors to be Alexandre Lunsqui and Åke Parmerud.

My current compositional focus lies in experimental song forms, as well as contemporary ensemble and solo works, often combined with electronic elements. My music is typically characterized by instrumental virtuosity, playfulness, and sonic clarity.

My work has been presented internationally through festivals, residencies, and institutions including the Banff Centre (Canada), National Gugak Center (South Korea), CMMAS (Mexico), Ensemble Musikfabrik (Germany), Gaudeamus Festival (Netherlands), Écoles d'Art Américaines de Fontainebleau (France). I have also been a guest composer and lecturer at institutions and festivals in the USA, China, South Korea, Thailand, and Brazil.

I am the founder and current Artistic Director of the Spaceship Ensemble, a new music ensemble based in the Netherlands.
